Q: I do not see my phone adaptor. Is one available?
A: Possibly. There are some “non-standard” connectors that are available through our Headquarters. Please call 800-507-0388 or email support@portablecellphonecharger.com for more information.
Q: Can I use AACHARGER Power Socket instead of a battery?
A: No. AACharger Power Socket can be used to charge a battery or allow for extra talk time, but does not replace a cell phone battery.
Q: What is included with purchase of AACharger Power Socket?
A: Purchase of a unit includes the AAcharger Power Socket in aluminum, eight phone connectors and one AA battery.

CHARGE 2 GO™ POWER STATION FAQ’S Q: I inserted the batteries, but the automatic battery test does not run.
A: If the power adaptor is inserted, the test will not run. If the red LED is flashing, the batteries are low.
Q: I inserted the batteries and the Charge 2 Go™ Power Station is cycling the flashlight and green LED.
A: This is a manufacturing test mode. Remove the batteries and reinsert.
Q: The Charge 2 Go™ Power Station was charging and then stopped with the red LED steadily on.
A: The temperature of the batteries has risen above recommended operation temperature. Charging will automatically resume when temperature decreases to the appropriate level.
Q: I pushed the power boost activation button, but the green LED did not flash faster.
A: In some cases, the power boost feature will activate automatically. In other cases, the Charge 2 Go™ Power Station has determined that this mode is not compatible with the device. In both cases, faster flashing will not occur.
Q: Can I use the Charge 2 Go™ Power Station instead of a battery?
A: No. The device charges and powers your device, but the device’s Li-ion battery must be inside.
